Dr. Mrs Gladys Olufunke Etim is the CEO, of NOVATRENDS and Founder of HEALTH-PERFECT FOUNDATION. Gifted with an infectious energy and undying love for impacting lives, Gladys Etim went from being a banker, and an Alternative Medicine Enthusiast, to a core Management Communication Trainer.
Her academic qualifications include a BSC in Public Administration and a PhD in Business Admin. As a wife, mother of two, and serial entrepreneur, Dr Mrs Gladys Olufunke Etim is always shooting for the stars when it comes to empowering and aiding all who need to realize their dreams in every conceivable facet of life and she trudges on fearless and loyal to every course she embraces till her goals are achieved.

She is a Partner Trainer with Matt Anthony Consulting on a nationwide Capacity Building and Sales Communication Skills project for the Senior Executive staff of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and other private organizations.
Her undying passion for hard work led her into partnerships with Fintech firms in Dubai, the UK, and the USA as Independent Business Owners with over 20,000 followership online. Ultimately, she finds immense fulfillment in providing support, compassion, and assistance to the needy; a trait that has naturally drawn her to providing strategic support for the National Institute of Caregivers Nigeria (NIC) as an Executive Director allowing her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with special needs, the disability community, the aged and vulnerable in society.

In her role as a caregiver, Dr, Mrs. Gladys prioritizes creating a nurturing and safe environment for those under her care. She strives to understand their unique needs and tailors her approach accordingly, ensuring that they feel valued, respected, and comfortable thus able to build strong relationships based on trust and empathy.
She also got the National Certification in Caregiving with Nightingale Care Academy in 2023 with practical care experience at Precious Jewel Care Homes for the Elderly during which she bagged Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Conclusively, from her humble beginnings to international renown, she represents a ray of hope to all who strive to excel against all odds.
