Kazeem has over 11 years of experience in the administrative competencies of different organizations before joining the law firm of M. A. Banire & Associates in May 2008. He worked as an Educational Instructor at Command Secondary School, Lagos from 1998 to 2001 and was the Measurement & Evaluation Officer of MAGA-APIC, an NGO in Lagos from 2002 to May 2005. Between 2005 and 2008, he was the Business Dev. Manager of Ardent Automation, a programming and software outfit in Lagos, and subsequently, worked as a Senior Administrative Officer of the firm at M. A. Banire & Associates, a leading law firm based in Ikeja Lagos Nigeria.

While employed by M. A. Banire & Associates, he directs and coordinates the supportive services department of the firm. With the urge to give more in the field of farming, he founded ImanJrafah Farms. This is a small-scale enterprise farm located in Aromokala village in Ogun state.

With a growing interest in the Care industry, he obtained the National Caregivers Certification from The American Caregivers Association, (ACA) in 2018 and later Co-founded the Nigerian Institute of Caregivers, (NIC) to become the Vice President of the Institute. He obtained the National Certification in Caregiving with Nightingale Care Academy in 2023 with practical care experience at Precious Jewel Care Homes for the Elderly. He has since then attended several pieces of training in caregiving including the Training the Trainer’s courses in Care with several certificates in Caregiving from Florence in 2023. Happily married with 3 children.
