
Victor Olusan
Victor Olusan is the Chief Promoter of the National Institute of Caregivers. He is a Co-Founder/President who sees Caregiving not just as a business but as an opportunity to serve the vulnerable, the elderly, and the physically challenged in society.
He studied at the University of Abuja, Nigeria, and obtained a BSC (Honours) Degree in Economics from the University.
He has worked in reputable companies in top management positions. Some of the companies include Direq Learn Ltd of South Africa, as the Technical Manager, Nigeria Office – 2003 – 2006, Vice President, Institute of Business Executives of Nigeria – 2006 – Till Date; Vice President, Affordable Homes Housing Cooperative Society Ltd – 2018 -Till Date.
His passion for farming influenced his decision to float and promote Agricultural Development among Nigerians and African countries for the benefit of humanity. To equip him with good knowledge of Agricultural Management and high productivity in Mushroom Farming, he has attended courses in those areas of farming sponsored by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2020 and MBENG ADIO Mushroom Farm (MAMF) of Dalewa, United States of America in 2021. He obtained the National Caregivers Certification from The American Caregivers Association, (ACA) in 2018.
Most recently, he attended the Leadership Masterclass Programme at the GOTNI Leadership Centre, Abuja in April 2023.
